Refund & Exchange Policy

While we are confident that our products will meet your expectations, this policy is created to protect both our customers and our brand in the rare event that an issue occurs.

All products undergo careful quality checks before dispatch. As a result, Tijorée maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

* The product received is damaged during transit
    OR
* An incorrect product has been delivered

These situations are extremely rare, but in case of an issue, valid proof is mandatory for approval.

Mandatory Unboxing Proof

To request an exchange:

* Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
* A clear continuous unboxing video is mandatory
* The video must begin before opening the courier package
* The issue or damage must be clearly visible in the video
* Edited or cut videos will not be accepted

Requests without proper proof may be rejected.

Please Note

Exchange or refund requests will not be accepted for:

* Minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings
* Slight variations in finish or detailing
* Products damaged after delivery
* Used or tampered products
* Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
* Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
* Change of mind after purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items including earrings are non-returnable.

Exchange Process

Once the request is reviewed and approved by our team:

* Customers may be eligible for a replacement of the same item
* If the item is unavailable, an alternate replacement may be offered at our discretion

Refunds

Tijorée does not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Refunds will only be considered if:

* An approved replacement cannot be fulfilled
    OR
* The ordered product is unavailable

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
